Compass Privacy Policy
Compass is a web app operated by Sam Grover. Its full privacy policy lives in the app at compass.tentenbs.com/privacy, and that page is the one that counts. In short:
- Your account: your email address, your name, and a profile photo if you add one. Sign-in uses Google or a one-time email link; no password is stored.
- Signing in with Google: Compass receives your Google account’s name, email address, profile photo, and account ID, and uses them only to sign you in. It keeps no Google access tokens and can’t read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or anything else in your Google account.
- Your work: the workspaces, tasks, comments, and form answers you and your teammates create, visible only to members of that workspace.
- No selling, ads, or tracking: your data is never sold, shown ads against, or sent to third-party analytics.
- Who else handles it: Amazon Web Services delivers Compass’s email, and Google Cloud hosts the app and its backups.
